Canopy by Hilton Boston Downtown

The location of this hotel is perfect! You do not need a car. The only complaint I have is the beds. The sheets and mattresses felt cheap. The sheets were that hard crunchy material and the mattress was not comfortable. Not sure if there was a mattress topper but every time I moved or turned you could hear the “plastic”. I’m not sure what it was.. didn’t even bother to check. But that was my complaint. Rooms are spacious though and was clean.

Honestly, Boston canopy blew me away (visit: September 2023). The size of the room was bigger than expected and I had a nice view of the city. It's distant to TD Garden and other landmark locations is critical to it's charm being tucked right inside the heart of the city. The food and beverage credits with our membership made the travel/dining experience easier and Peter (our server) made it AWESOME by recommending the right cocktail for the evening.

This is one of the better stays I’ve had as of late. Amazing location on the North End of Boston surrounded by night life and within walking distance of most places you’d want to travel to/see including Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. The hotel staff were all accommodating. The option to utilize luggage storage is underrated. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean and house keeping is active on site and respectful of belongings. There is a fitness area as well, lacking on weight/lifting equipment but still plentiful and full of equipment that allows you to get a decent workout on the go. The restaurants connected to the facility are top rated and very warm and open for dining and talking. I’ve recently started looking into hotel chains commit to for loyalty purposes, would highly recommend Hilton based off my most recent stays. Especially this one.
